CIENA HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT NAMES JILL GREENHOE DIRECTOR OF CARE MANAGEMENT Animals / Pets
Ciena Healthcare Management, the largest privately owned manager and operator of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Michigan, has announced the appointment of Jill Greenhoe as Director of Care Management. The announcement was made by Ciena Healthcare Director of Clinical Services Lisa Anetrini. In her role as Director of Care Management, Greenhoe oversees patient benefits, ensuring all receive the maximum benefits permitted through their insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. She also supervises four regional care management consultants, responsible for all 36 Ciena Healthcare communities in Michigan and Connecticut. “We are very pleased to announce Jill’s appointment at Ciena Healthcare,” said Anetrini. “Jill has nearly 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Her impressive credentials and commitment to quality ensures our residents will receive the highest level of care, service and benefits.” Prior to joining Ciena Healthcare, Greenhoe served as a Regional Quality Specialist for a national operator of skilled nursing facilities. She also has served as Director of Nursing and a Rehabilitation Coordinator. She is a Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. Greenhoe earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Lansing Community College in 1991.
