Michigan Business Directory President Announces New Blog on Mich Blogging / Social Media

Mary Joyce, president of the Michigan Business Directory ( www.MichiganBusiness.us ), launched a new blog that discusses pressing issues in Michigan. The blog, entitled “The Michigan Blog – TMB for Michigan News, Sports and Controversial Subjects” can be found at www.michiganbusiness.us/blog.
"The Michigan Business Directory editorial staff is constantly exposed to news and topics that are interesting and controversial. Who could better operate a blog directed to Michigan residents about a variety of interesting subjects?” said Jon Altonak, a senior editor at The Michigan Business Directory.
“The TMB will not specifically address business issues in the news. It’s primary focus will be to address issues that are currently controversial. The blog will be fun and light-hearted”, added Ms. Joyce.
The Michigan Business Directory editorial staff will take turns writing blog entries in a round-robin fashion.
Joyce was appointed president of the Michigan Business Directory in December 2005 after serving as acting president and vice president of the Michigan Business Directory’s sister company, Nicayla Enterprises, Inc. Joyce is an experienced executive, bringing more than 25 years of management experience to this position.
